I had to call in three different times and each time I was met with a very friendly and very helpful person who was able to solve my problems that I wouldn't have been able to solve online. I would have no problems calling in again.

I was promised my shirts on May 31st and got them a week early, was pleasantly surprised. They look great. Customer service from what I have seen with this company so far appears to be top notch. Very well satisfied so far!

I love this company. The shirt I ordered was excellent. At first custom ink said they would need to get permission to use the picture and I was afraid it would not work. In the end they made the shirt and I just received it via mail. Excellent job. Will definitely order more from Custom Ink.

Item arrived earlier than promised. Design needed to be adjusted. It was done promptly and it really help enhance the design.

Custom ink sent me severls emails to keep me informed on their process with my project. I was never left wonding whats happening. I loved that I designed my shirt and submitted it Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday afternoon. Very fast timeing. The shirt looks lovely. I wondering how clean and clear the pictures would show up and I was conpletely satisfied with the images and cleanes of detail on the shirt

(Update: Custom Inks emailed me to offer a free replacement with fixes. I appreciate the kind gesture, hopefully better communication with customers for more accurate printing position in the future.)
Print location was totally off on the back for all three shirts. Design clearly shows to print near the shirt collar. Actual print was at lower shoulder blade level, and a bit larger. No email was sent to ask for modified position, even though I selected the option to contact me if any mods are made. Also sent an email to customer service to feedback with pictures but no reply!

Nice shirts I don’t think they run true to size,, I selected Gildane because of that
